RISE: The Celebration is a joyful gathering that brings our entrepreneurs, funders, partners, and supporters together to activate resources for inclusive communities of resilient entrepreneurs. It is truly an experience that will open our minds and hearts as we come together to empower communities. This year, we are hosting our celebration at the Liberty Science Center, surrounded by spectacular views of the Hudson and the Statue of Liberty.

Leading up to The Celebration, RISE: The Challenge, our three-month intensive annual pitch event, equips entrepreneurs with the business education, financial support and publicity needed to grow their business while addressing community hardships.

Over the last eight years, RISE has allowed us to raise enough funds to underwrite 505 scholarships to the Community Business Academy – our core program that provides business education and training to entrepreneurs in six cities, across four counties, and two languages in northern and central New Jersey.

With RISE, Rising Tide Capital brings together our entire community of stakeholders; from our visionary partners who seek to build a restorative economy by investing in our work, to the entrepreneurs who are strengthening their communities. Over the past eight years, through our annual pitch competition, Rising Tide Capital has raised 505 scholarships and generated over 400M media impressions.
